Chairman of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) National Delegates Conference Planning Committee, Joseph Osei-Owusu, has announced that stringent accreditation protocols will be in place for the party’s upcoming national delegates conference.
Osei-Owusu stated that while close to 6,000 accredited delegates are expected, the total number of attendees could reach approximately 8,000.
“In all, delegates number nearly 6,000, but we are expecting about 8,000 people on the grounds,” he explained. “You may come to the precincts, but you may not be permitted to enter unless you have accreditation. We will be very strict on that.”
He firmly reiterated that only individuals with official party-issued accreditation will be allowed entry to the event venue.
“We will be very strict on accreditation,” he emphasized. “You can only enter if you are accredited. Let’s make that point very clear.”
The NPP national delegates conference is one of the party’s most significant events, and the implementation of strict access control is aimed at ensuring order, safety, and the integrity of the proceedings.
