Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is in Spain to finalise a season-long loan move to Barcelona.
The 27-year-old arrived in Catalonia on Sunday night after receiving permission from United to complete the move. Photos of Rashford landing in Barcelona via private jet quickly spread on social media.
Discussions between the two clubs progressed rapidly over the past week, with an agreement in principle reached over the weekend. United have now officially allowed Rashford to complete the transfer.
The deal is structured as an initial 12-month loan, with an option for Barcelona to make the move permanent.
Rashford has scored 138 goals in 426 appearances for Manchester United since making his debut in 2016.
