The Member of Parliament for Atwima Nwabiagya South in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Shirley Kyei, has commended the leadership of the current Minority in Parliament for actively encouraging first-term MPs to contribute on the floor of the House.
According to Hon. Kyei, this inclusive approach provides new parliamentarians with valuable opportunities to gain experience, build confidence, and express their views on national issues.
She believes this strategy is a deliberate effort by the Minority leadership to nurture and develop the next generation of leaders within the party.
Speaking on the Mabesh FM morning show with host Aduanaba Kofi Ampong, Hon. Kyei praised the leadership’s support for ensuring that newer voices are heard and given a platform to grow.
