Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang on Medical Break Following Health Concerns

Prof. Opoku-Agyemang focuses on rest and recovery after a recent illness

Vice President of the Republic, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, has officially begun a three-week medical leave starting Monday, April 7, sources at the Jubilee House have confirmed.

The decision follows strong medical advice from her doctors after a recent health condition that required her to seek treatment at the University of Ghana Medical Centre in Accra. She later travelled abroad for further medical care.

The Vice President is expected to use this period to fully rest and recover before resuming her official duties.
