Chief of Atwima Maakro, Baffour Owusu Afriyie, who doubles as the Otumfour Abrafourhene in the Kumasi Traditional Council together with the Atwima Maakro community has enstooled Nana Amankwah Apam as the Krotinhene and Nana Kofi Adiyiah as the OKyeame of Atwima Maakro.
The new two chiefs, Krotinhene and Okyeame, Nana Amankwah Apam and Nana Kofi Adiyiah, were sworn in at the Atwima Maakro on Monday, 24th February, 2025.
Otumfour Abrafourhene, Baffour Owusu Afriyie advised them to work together with all sub-chiefs devoid of arrogance to ensure the development of the community.
The two Chiefs, Krotinhene and Okyeame, promised to prioritise the development of the community and unite the people for its progress.
